Position Summary:

The Cultivation Technician is responsible for implementing and supporting the growing plan developed by the company by following SOPs and the guidance of supervisors. We are looking for long-term, year-round employees who have a desire to advance in the industry and make this job a career. Fill pots for transplant at the beginning of their growth cycle. Transplant vegetative plants into larger pots. Transfer vegetative plants to flower rooms. Prune, De-leaf, train, and trellis flowering plants according to the production schedule. Identify and report any poor plant health, pests, and equipment failures to supervisors. Harvest, de-leaf, and hang finished cannabis flowers. Reset harvested flower rooms for the next crop (we reset and flip rooms within 2 days of harvest). Maintain a clean growing environment through scrubbing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, and removing plant material and trash from facility and grow areas. Additional duties may be assigned as needed, applicants are expected to be flexible and have a willingness to adapt and learn new skills.

Applicant Experience/ Qualifications:

Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Must be punctual, professional & reliable. Have a basic understanding of cannabis laws and state regulations. Prior Gardening, farming, and cannabis experience is preferred, but not required. Experience with labor intensive work

•. Takes personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work, and achieves results while adapting to changing business needs, conditions, and work responsibilities. Manages own time, priorities, and resources to achieve goals. Must be able to individually lift 50lbs. Must be able to work on an assigned schedule consistently. Must be able to work in a cultivation environment with moderate to loud noise levels, 80F temperatures, and bright indoor lighting. Plant allergens will be present in the air and on surfaces. PPE will be provided by the company. Must be able to stand constantly, walk frequently, and use a 3-step ladder. Must be punctual every day and have reliable transportation to the facility.
