Job Description

Job Summary:
Cheeky Harvest is a semi-automated indoor vertical farm growing microgreens and edible flowers in St. Paul, MN. We are family-owned and value a dynamic, fun, and energetic environment. We're looking for team members passionate about indoor farming to help bring to life the mission and vision of Cheeky Harvest. Core Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Cleaning grow trays
  • System maintenance
  • General farm upkeep
  • Flower care
  • Assisting with microgreen and flower harvest Indoor farming experience is not required, but horticultural experience is beneficial.
All necessary training will be provided. This role is primarily responsible for cleaning and farm upkeep. This is an active role, so the Urban Farm Assistant must be comfortable lifting 25 lbs. to waist height, bending frequently, climbing ladders, and standing for most of the day.
Qualifications and requirements:
  • Available for harvest shifts Monday 7 AM - 3 PM and Tuesday or Wednesday 8 AM - 4 PM
  • Willingness to learn
English-speaking Mission:

Vision:
To brighten plates and smiles by becoming the premier supplier of microgreens and edible flowers in the Twin Cities. The position is part-time (15-20 hours/week) Pay starts at $17.50/hour.
