Job Description

  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a Soil Sampler to join our team.
This is a field position. PAL provides the vehicles and equipment necessary. Jobs are assigned and loaded into the ipad. Looking for a reliable person with a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and be a good team member. Part time, Full Time and Weekends only could all work. Ideal candidate located near Bowling Green or Carrollton, Missouri. Must have valid drivers license, ability to lift 50 pounds, physical ability to manually pull samples. Schedule is flexible, but sampler must give availability upfront and be accountable.
  • Duties:
  • Collect soil samples using various methods and tools.
  • Utilize Company iPad for data collection.
  • Able to drive Company Truck and Trailer and drive Side by Side in field. All training will be provided by PAL Farm Management. This may be a good fit for a young farmer looking for supplemental income post harvest and pre-plant. Pay is based on productivity. Busy season is October
  • December, March-April.
