Job Description
Overview We are looking for a motivated and reliable Farm Associate to join our agricultural team. In this role, you will be hands-on in maintaining the farm's daily operations, caring for animals, and supporting crop growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop farming skills, and contribute to sustainable agriculture practices. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about farming, possesses mechanical and animal husbandry knowledge, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. Duties Assist with animal husbandry tasks including feeding, watering, and health monitoring of livestock such as horses, cattle, or poultry. Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment like tractors and mowers. Farm experience Work weekends Thursday-Monday, Hours 5:30am-2:30pm Be able to work unsupervised Barn and farm maintenance Mortality Disposal Flock preparation and husbandry Qualifications Hands-on experience with animal husbandry and animal handling techniques. 18+ years Knowledge of farm tools, power tools, welding techniques, and general maintenance tasks is a plus.
