This is a hands-on outdoor role requiring a self-starter who is comfortable working with both livestock and heavy machinery. The ideal candidate has direct experience with beef cattle, put up hay, and can handle routine equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Cattle Care:

Feed, water, and check beef cattle daily; assist with sorting, moving, and basic livestock management.

Hay Operations:

Operate equipment to put up hay, harvest, and stack bales efficiently.

Machinery & Maintenance:

Drive tractors and other farm implements; perform basic routine maintenance and minor mechanical repairs on farm equipment.

Hauling & Driving:

Safely operate a truck and trailer to transport equipment, hay, or livestock.

General Farm Chores:

Handle routine daily maintenance including fixing fences, cleaning barns, and maintaining the grounds.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (required). Proven experience driving a truck and trailer combination. Experience operating tractors and general farm machinery. Comfortable working around beef cattle and large livestock. Ability to perform heavy physical labor in all weather conditions.

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
