Job Summary Residential Irrigation Specialist Responsibilities Service residential irrigation systems, Spring startups and fall winterization . Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on existing irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance and water efficiency. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to irrigation components, including valves, controllers, pipes, and sprinkler heads. Collaborate with landscape team to adjust and schedule irrigation programs accordingly to seasonal change and weather conditions. Use mechanical knowledge to identify system malfunctions and implement effective repairs or adjustments. Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and system updates for each client's property. Residential Irrigation Specialist Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with experience working with irrigation systems, power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment. Familiarity with lawn care practices, landscape maintenance, horticulture principles, and general landscaping techniques. Knowledge of irrigation components including controllers, valves, pipes, sprinklers, and drainage systems. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. Prior experience in landscaping or horticulture is highly desirable; relevant certifications are a plus.
