Opens a new window. 2 workers needed from 2/15/2026 - 12/14/2026. Prepare fields for planting. Pick rocks and operate tractors to till the soil. Operate farming equipment and trucks in order to plant, spray, harvest and haul corn and soybean crops. Service and repair farm machinery. General farm upkeep duties such as facility maintenance and shop work. Must speak and understand English. Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate driver's license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. Employer guarantees to offer employment for a minimum of 3/4 of the workdays of the total specified period beginning with the workers first day, free housing provided to workers recruited from beyond the commuting area, transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be provided or paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract or earlier.
