Overview Your expertise in Horticulture sales will help customers find the perfect product solutions to bring their business's visions to life. Duties Assist wholesale clients with selecting plants and horticultural products to meet their needs, by providing excellent service for enhanced customer success. Manage inventory levels through stocking, merchandising, and organizing product displays to maximize sales opportunities. Process transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cash or electronic payments with professionalism. Support sales by updating online product listings and responding to customer inquiries via digital channels or by phone. Maintain excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Collaborate with team members to ensure store organization, stock replenishment, and efficient workflow Requirements Proven knowledge of horticulture practices and floral design Experience in retail sales environments with strong communication skills in English. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions Strong organizational skills for stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation standards Ability to provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
