Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Seasonal Farm Hand to support our agricultural operations during peak seasons. This role involves hands-on outdoor work, assisting with harvest activities, and operating various types of heavy machinery. The ideal candidate will have experience working outdoors on farms, familiarity with agricultural equipment, and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks in a dynamic environment. CDL certification is appreciated but not required. Duties Assist with harvesting crops efficiently and safely during peak seasons Operate heavy machinery including tractors and semi-trucks to facilitate planting, harvesting, and transportation of produce Perform outdoor farm tasks such as planting, tending, and maintaining crops as needed Support the team in daily farm operations to ensure smooth workflow Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment Experience Prior outdoor work experience, preferably in a farm or agricultural setting Hands-on experience with farm activities and crop management Proficiency in operating agricultural tractors and heavy machinery CDL certification is a plus but not mandatory. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in agriculture and farm operations to gain valuable hands-on experience while contributing to a productive farming season.
Pay:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
