Overview Join our dynamic farm and workshop team as a Shop / Farm Hand, where your energy and hands-on skills will help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. This paid position offers a vibrant environment focused on sustainable farming, animal husbandry, and equipment maintenance. You'll play a vital role in supporting daily farm activities, maintaining machinery, caring for animals, and ensuring the farm's overall productivity. Responsibilities Assist with daily animal husbandry tasks, including feeding, watering, grooming, and general care of livestock such as horses, dogs, llamas, geese, & ducks. Operate heavy machinery and equipment such as tractors, skid steers, and other farm machinery safely and efficiently Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment using hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge. Handle heavy lifting of supplies or materials while adhering to safety protocols Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop, storage areas, and animal enclosures Cut grass & weed eat Help maintain rental properties Help out around shop as needed.
