Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cannabis Trimmer to join our dynamic cultivation team. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously trimming and manicuring cannabis plants to ensure they meet quality standards and aesthetic appeal. Your work will directly impact the final product, helping us deliver premium cannabis to our customers. This position offers an engaging environment where precision, care, and efficiency are essential for success. If you have a passion for horticulture, and working with plants, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in the thriving cannabis industry. This position is part-time, but flows with the amount of work that needs done. The work schedule may be full time for two weeks, then a week off or part time work week. There is also the possibility of moving into a full time position with the correct qualifications, work ethic and attitude. Responsibilities Carefully trim and manicure cannabis buds, leaves, and stems using hand tools to enhance quality and appearance Inspect plants regularly for pests, diseases, or deficiencies and report findings promptly Maintain cleanliness of work area, tools, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment Assist with harvesting activities and plant handling as needed during various stages of growth Follow all safety protocols related to handling tools, chemicals, and plant materials Keep detailed records of trimming progress, plant conditions, and any issues observed during work shifts Qualifications Previous experience in horticulture, gardening, or farming is highly desirable Ability to perform lifting and physical tasks throughout the shift Mechanical knowledge or experience with hand tools used in trimming or gardening is a plus Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality craftsmanship in plant grooming Basic math skills for measuring and following trimming guidelines Join our team if you're eager to develop your skills in a fast-paced industry that values precision, teamwork, and passion for plants!
