We have a few animals on our farm, including dogs, goats, and sheep, that help us clear land and provide us with fertilize. Our farm is dedicated to sustainable practices and fostering a connection between the community and agriculture. We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Farm Operations Technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with farm buildout, planting, watering, and harvesting activities as the season progresses, and assist with maintaining the livestock. Responsibilities Assist in the completion of farm buildout projects as needed. Help with planting, watering, and harvesting crops throughout the growing season. Maintain cleanliness and organization of animal enclosures and farm areas. Provide daily care for dogs, goats, and sheep, including feeding, grooming, and monitoring their health. Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of daily farm activities. Qualifications Experience with farm animals or gardening is a plus, but not required. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay:

$10.00 - $12.00 per hour
