Job Description

Baucom's Nursery Company
  • General Laborer Baucom's Nursery Company is looking to hire general labor workers for both of our farms (Charlotte, NC and Concord, NC).
These positions are seasonal, full-time positions with performance-based incentives that could potentially turn them into permanent positions. These positions would be required to work the scheduled hours Monday-Friday and on Saturdays.
Job Description:
Pulling plant orders Weeding of plants Fertilizing plants Consolidating plants Setting plants out Potting plants Helping with projects that may come up
Job Requirements:
