A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

This position is in our Ag & Trading enterprise, where we connect producers and users of grains and oilseeds around the globe through origination, trading, processing, and distribution. We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions.

Performing facility operations such as receiving and shipping products, which may include fertilizer, chemicals, seed, and grain Basic maintenance and operator care of equipment to ensure ongoing facility operations Providing excellent customer service and engaging with team members Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations Maintaining a safe and clean work environment Other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:
