What You'll Do As a Commercial Irrigation Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and optimizing irrigation systems for large and multi-zone commercial properties. Install & Maintain Commercial Systems Install, service, and maintain complex irrigation systems including mainlines, multi-zone controllers, pumps, and valves. Advanced Diagnostics & Repair Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pressure-related issues using digital diagnostics, mobile tools, and field expertise. System Optimization & Water Management Program and manage smart controllers, flow sensors, and water management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Site Communication & Professional Service Communicate clearly with property managers, HOAs, and site contacts while representing SunCo with professionalism. Preventative Maintenance & Reporting Perform inspections, seasonal adjustments, and document system performance using digital workflows.What You Bring:
Proven experience with commercial irrigation systems Strong knowledge of large-scale system components, wiring, hydraulics, and controllers Experience with modern irrigation platforms (Rain Bird, Hunter, etc.) Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple job sites Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Tech-friendly mindset and willingness to adopt new tools and systems Why SunCo?
