•Award winning craft cannabis cultivator seeking a motivated, and detail-oriented cannabis hand-Trimmer to join our Production team. Minimum 2+ years of hand trimming cannabis is a must. Please ONLY apply if you have recent hand-trimming cannabis experience and have been active in the cannabis industry for at least 2+ years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bucking & trimming by hand while maintaining our quality and efficiency standards. This position is an exciting opportunity for anyone passionate about the plant and looking to bring hand-trimmed, craft cannabis to the New Jersey market! Responsibilities Support the production team by hand-trimming cannabis flower with accuracy and mindfulness to the integrity of the bud while minimizing waste. Maintain or exceed trimming standards and targets set daily, weekly, or monthly by the management team. Ability to work efficiently with a team or as an independent. Assist with other aspects and/or tasks within the cultivation facility (i.e. deep cleaning work areas, assisting harvest, cultivation, and post-harvest, etc.) Requirements Minimum 2+ years experience of full-time or part-time hand-trimming cannabis Strong knowledge of hand-trimming only Detail oriented 100% commitment to product quality Background check
