Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cannabis Cultivation Technician to join our small-batch cannabis cultivation operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cannabis plant production, including propagation, vegetative growth, flowering, harvesting, and post-harvest processing. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain plant health, follow standard operating procedures, and ensure compliance with all state regulations and company quality standards. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced cultivation environment and collaborating with team members to achieve production goals while maintaining high-quality yields. The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong organizational skills, knowledge of cultivation best practices, and a commitment to producing premium cannabis products. Willingness and ability to take direction from the general manager and flower room leads is a must. This is a full-time job, working a minimum of 40 hours weekly with a chance for additional hours as needed (overtime-eligible).

ASAP Job Responsibilities:
Assist each department within cultivation with the following: Compliance Cloning Transplanting Harvesting Bucking Cleaning Execute core flower tasks and techniques according to MB1's SOPs and Management Instruction in a conscientious and skillful manner. Core flower tasks and techniques include, but are not limited to, trellising, training, defoliating, pruning, cleaning, and harvesting. Completing tasks based on expectations and deadlines set by the management team. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment to mitigate potential pest problems and facilitate an organized and efficient workflow. Keep all equipment clean and sanitized. Must be able to safely use ladders rated with a maximum working load of 300 lbs (including bodyweight, clothing, and tools). This is in accordance with OSHA ladder safety standards to ensure employee safety and proper equipment use.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 21 years of age. Possess valid driver's license or state ID. Must pass all background checks. Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry. Strong communication skills. Hardworking, responsible, trustworthy, and eager to learn! Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 35 pounds (100 pounds with assistance). This job may require walking or standing for periods of time along with lifting, bending over, and crouching.
