Seasonal Vineyard Work Alba Vineyard | Milford, NJ Harvest is one of the most exciting and demanding times of the year at Alba Vineyard and we're looking for a few hard-working people to come be part of it. This is hands-on farm work. You'll be out in the vineyard, picking grapes, moving bins, helping with harvest operations, and doing whatever needs to be done to get the fruit from the vineyard into the winery. What to Expect Part-time, on an as-needed basis throughout harvest Early mornings — some harvest days may start as early as 1-5 AM Weekend work will be required Long days and physically demanding farm labor Working outdoors in changing weather conditions Lots of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive physical work The possibility of additional or full-time work for the right person We're Looking For You should be: Physically fit and capable of demanding farm labor Reliable and punctual A very hard worker with a strong work ethic Comfortable working early mornings and weekends Able to follow directions and work as part of a small team Willing to get dirty and do whatever the job requires In possession of a valid driver's license How to Apply This isn't a traditional interview-and-hire job. We're looking for people who actually want to work. Harvest moves quickly, and there's no room for people who show up late, don't listen, don't pull their weight, or aren't taking the job seriously. If you're willing to work hard, we'll work hard with you and give you the opportunity to take on more.
