Position Summary The Cultivation Technician is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of cannabis cultivation and production. This role assists with plant care, harvesting, sanitation, inventory tracking, and maintaining cultivation environments in accordance with company procedures and state compliance regulations. This position plays an important role in ensuring plant health, operational efficiency, and product quality throughout the cultivation cycle. What You'll Do Assist with cloning, transplanting, watering, pruning, trimming, staking, and general plant careSupport harvesting, drying, curing, and post-harvest processing activitiesMonitor plants for pests, disease, and overall health concernsMaintain accurate inventory tracking and data entry within state-mandated systemsClean and sanitize cultivation rooms, equipment, tools, and workspacesAssist with monitoring cultivation systems including lighting, irrigation, and climate controlFollow all company policies, safety standards, and state cannabis compliance requirementsSupport team goals and daily operational priorities in a fast-paced cultivation environmentMaintain a positive attitude and contribute to a strong team culture What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED requiredCannabis, cultivation, agricultural, greenhouse, or production experience preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistentlyAbility to work independently while also contributing to a team environmentComfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracyAbility to adapt in a fast-moving and evolving environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsValid driver's license requiredMust meet state requirements to obtain cannabis employment eligibility Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, climb, and lift throughout the shiftFrequently lift and/or move up to 50 poundsComfortable working in humid environments with exposure to plant materials, dust, and cultivation-related aromasAbility to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed Why Justice?
