clients, Best Daze, is seeking reliable, detail‑oriented Cannabis Production Associates to support our packaging and pre‑roll production operations. This role involves steady, fast‑paced production work in a regulated cannabis manufacturing environment. Successful candidates are dependable, quality‑focused, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Pre‑roll production, weighing, filling, and finishing Cannabis packaging and labeling according to SOPs Quality control (QC) inspections to ensure product accuracy and compliance Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant work area Meeting daily production goals while maintaining quality standards Following all state cannabis regulations and company policies Requirements Must be 21 years or older Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Regular exposure to cannabis odors; handling of cannabis products required. Strong attention to detail and quality Punctual and dependable attendance Ability to work in a production‑focused environment Frequent handwashing and ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Previous packaging, manufacturing, or production experience Experience with quality control or regulated environments Team‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required (training provided)
