This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced commercial cultivation facility. We are looking for people who take pride in their work, show up ready to work, and take accountability for completing tasks correctly. Responsibilities Daily plant care and maintenance Transplanting, pruning, defoliation, and trellising Irrigation and hand watering as needed Harvesting and plant breakdown Cleaning and sanitizing cultivation rooms and equipment Moving plants, supplies, and equipment Following cultivation schedules, SOPs, and management direction Identifying and reporting plant health or facility issues Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Accurately completing assigned tasks and logs What We're Looking For Work ethic and accountability are extremely important to us.

Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work for extended periods Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in warm and humid cultivation environments Requirements Must meet all state requirements for employment in a licensed cannabis facility Reliable transportation Dependable attendance Ability to follow instructions and company policies We are looking for people who want to work, contribute to the team, and take ownership of their responsibilities.
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
