•MUST HAVE STATE ISSUED CANNABIS AGENT CARD
• We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trim Technician to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the quality and cleanliness of our cannabis products. As a Trim Technician, you will be responsible for trimming dried cannabis flower, assisting with harvest operations, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with all state and local regulations, as well as company policies. Reporting to the Post-Production Manager, your responsibilities will include: Preparing cannabis flower for packaging while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, quality control, and professionalism. Participating in harvest activities, including the handling and processing of cannabis plants. Cleaning and sanitizing workspaces, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and compliant environment. Inspecting and identifying irregularities or contaminants in cannabis material in accordance with company guidelines and state regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities -Trimming Prepare Workstation:
Sets up the trimming station at the start of each shift to ensure readiness for processing cannabis.Trim Cannabis Flower:
Carefully trims dried cannabis flower, removing sugar leaves and fan leaves with precision.Record Metrics:
Returns all trimmed cannabis, trim, waste, and sift to the Trim Lead upon completing each allocation for accurate metric tracking. Assist withHarvests:
Supports weekly harvest operations as needed.Ensure Compliance and Quality:
Performs all tasks to the highest standards of quality and compliance, adhering to state regulations, company policies, and security protocols.Team Collaboration:
Works effectively in a team environment, follows instructions from Leads or Managers, and assists with delegated tasks.Meet Productivity Goals:
Manages time efficiently to meet daily productivity targets while maintaining consistent quality and pace.Maintain Cleanliness:
Ensures the processing area remains clean and sanitized throughout the shift and participates in cleaning equipment and workspaces at the end of each shift.Support Team Efforts:

Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat. Ability to bend and lift loads, not to exceed 50 pounds. Ability to use hands repetitively for grasping, pushing, pulling and cutting. Must be motivated, focused and have a strong work ethic. Ability to adapt to change and shifting priorities. High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required. Knowledge of the cannabis plant. Knowledge and understanding of current medical and recreational marijuana laws. Experience in a dispensary, cultivation facility or assembly line production environment (1 year recommended). Specific state regulatory requirements also include verification, confirmation or completion of the following: Must be twenty-one (21) years of age Must consent to a criminal background check performed the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for its report pursuant toCCB NCCR 5.120
