As our Landscape Maintenance Salesperson, you'll be the face of our company, connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions. Your green expertise and passion for landscaping will shine as you:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prospect and Cultivate new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships which lead to 100% renewals of each account within the customer portfolio. Collaborate closely with our talented landscape design and maintenance teams. You'll be the liaison, ensuring seamless communication and flawless execution. Develop and maintain long-term, loyal client relationships. Develop and maintain a schedule of customer contact and perform "site walk throughs" and formal meetings with customers that ensure high quality and service expectations are met. Proactively present site enhancement ideas to existing customers. Lead and facilitate the resolution of customer problems or concerns. Proactively assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed. Proactively manage properties by inspecting and locating problems before the customer brings them to our attention. Responsible for maximizing work opportunities and achieving work order sales that meet branch goals. Identify areas of opportunity to increase account growth and drive revenue. Responsible for accurate estimates and takeoffs as needed. Network and support cross selling initiatives and assist other branches on new sales opportunities. Responsible for the timely collection of money on any sold work. Provide in-field instructions to staff to improve profitability and customer satisfaction. Mentor and train junior staff on technical elements of the profession including horticulture, sales, estimating, pruning, etc. Must have a clean driving record
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of annual and perennial flowers, green enthusiast. Do you know azaleas from zinnias? Passion and knowledge for plants and landscapes is a must! You've experience closing deals and building lasting relationships. 2+ years horticulture field experience Sales and managerial background required
