Job Description
Poultry Farm Worker (Full-Time)Position Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our poultry farm team. This is a full-time position averaging 35-45 hours per week, working 6 days per week. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is reliable, willing to assist where needed, and committed to maintaining a productive and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Candle eggs to inspect quality and viability. Pack eggs and products into boxes for shipment. Assist with preparing and organizing loads for delivery. Help with general farm operations and daily tasks as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas. Follow all farm safety and biosecurity procedures. Work cooperatively with team members to ensure daily production goals are met. Qualifications Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds. Reliable transportation is required. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work well as part of a team. Willingness to perform a variety of tasks as needed. Previous farm or agricultural experience is helpful but not required. Schedule & Benefits Full-time position. Average of 35-45 hours per week. 6-day work week.
