What they do
A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Daily plant care and maintenance
- Irrigation and nutrient application
- Pruning, training, and trellising
- Pest and disease monitoring (IPM)
- Harvest, drying, and curing support
- Maintaining clean and compliant grow areas
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of cannabis cultivation experience
- Experience with greenhouse and outdoor production
- Knowledge of autoflower and photoperiod genetics
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying conditions
