Full-time Seasonal Apply Now and Work the Fall Harvest and work the fall harvest Looking for a flexible schedule and hands-on cannabis cultivation work? Trimmr staffs local talent with licensed operators for the fall harvest (typically September through October/November). Harvest weeks offer 40+ hours; you can also claim fewer shifts to align with your schedule. Apply, get screened, and get working. Once you are hired, you choose from available shifts that fit your schedule. You earn W-2 wages, build a work record and reputation that validates your capabilities with different operators, and you get real industry experience. Types of Work You'll Do Tasks vary depending on client needs, but common shifts include:Cultivation:
Planting, weeding, defoliating, and harvesting.Post-Harvest:
Hand trimming, bucking, and packaging.ComplianceCare:
Following farm SOPs, maintaining cleanliness, and maintaining quality standards. Indoor and outdoor tasks will be involved. Strong scents, weather, and being on your feet are part of the job.What We're Looking For Age:
21+ (NYS OCM requirement).Work Auth:
Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (valid I-9 docs).Reliability:
Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with flexible gig work.Transport:
Reliable transportation to get to various local farm and processing sites.Physical Stamina:
Able to stand or work on your feet throughout your shift, perform repetitive and strenuous motions, crouch, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.Environment:
