Stable Hand/Groom

Sugar Hill Farm in Victor, NY is seeking a few full time people for our team! With our number of broodmares growing we need a team to match! We are a privately owned Arabian and Saddlebred breeding farm in search of a passionate person with a good work ethic!

Must haves:

Horse experience does not need to be extensive just general knowledge and practical experience . We will train you! Reliable transportation, from a reasonable distance and working cell phone Full time employment 5 days a week. (M,T,W,F,Sat. required) Ability to take direction and work both independently and as a member of a growing team. Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds (hay bales, grain bags, muck tubs). Understanding of what working on a farm entails: we work in the heat, cold, rain, sleet, and ice. •We are looking for a candidate that is already within commutable distance from Victor, NY as we are looking to hire immediately. •Professional experience will be considered over "hobby" experience.
