We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Full time Farm Equipment Operator to join our dynamic agricultural team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a wide range of farm machinery and heavy equipment to support planting, harvesting, and overall farm maintenance. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about agriculture, and machinery maintenance to make a tangible impact on farm success. Duties Operate heavy farm equipment such as tractors, combines, and plows, with precision and safety. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm machinery using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and basic mechanical knowledge. Manage equipment inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and executing necessary repairs or equipment replacement. Support crop growing activities by planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, repairs, and crop progress to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience operating farm machinery such as tractors, forklifts, and other heavy equipment. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs and welding tasks on farm equipment. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding techniques, and general maintenance practices. Knowledge of farming practices including growing crops, horticulture principles. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy machinery efficiently in various weather conditions.
