• Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Hand to join our agricultural team.

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the daily operations of the farm, contributing to various tasks that ensure the smooth running of agricultural activities. This position requires a passion for farming, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Assist in planting and cultivating crops. Hand harvest fruits and vegetables including sweet corn. Set up irrigation pipe. Wash and pack crops. Operate and maintain farm equipment such as tractors and heavy machinery and notify supervisors of machinery malfunction. Utilize power tools and hand tools for various farming tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment. Monitor crop growth and report any issues or concerns to management. Follow all necessary food safety protocols. Skills Experience with growing crops and understanding of agricultural practices. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in farming operations. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively. Stand for extended periods of time.
