As a Cannabis Trimmer, you will play a crucial role in preparing harvested cannabis plants for further processing, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Your precision, teamwork, and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in delivering top-tier cannabis products to our customers. Job Duties & Responsibilities Buck, trim, and sort harvested plants according to established guidelines and quality standards Collaborate with the processing team to ensure timely and efficient workflow Maintain a clean and organized workspace and facility, ensuring compliance with DCC safety and sanitation standards Inspect plant material for quality Record weights of trimmed plant material Requirements Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail High school diploma or GED required Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of applying Must be willing to undergo a background check Must have a valid state ID Must have reliable transportation or be willing to relocate before starting work Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure consistent quality
