A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

As a Cultivation Technician, you'll work alongside our Cultivation Lead to help care for medical cannabis plants through every stage of growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planting, transplanting, watering, feeding, pruning, and general plant care Monitoring plant health and identifying signs of pests, disease, or nutrient deficiencies Maintaining accurate plant tracking and inventory using METRC tags Following established cultivation procedures and schedules Cleaning and sanitizing tools, equipment, and grow areas to maintain a safe, compliant environment Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following all safety guidelines What We're Looking For A dependable team player with a strong work ethic Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accuracy Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in an active production environment Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and quality Manufacturing, production, greenhouse, agricultural, or cultivation experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Why Join Us?
