A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

Job Description

Grain Handler Job Purpose:
Deerfield Ag Services is a family owned full-service agricultural provider. We are in need of a Lead Grain Handler to oversee and assist the Team with directing trucks to load outbound & dump inbound trucks, help with equipment maintenance, clean-up of dump pits, bins, facility grounds, sweeping and weed control. Grain Handler Experience and Skills:
Must have computer skills and customer service experience Farming background is a plus
Grain Handler Hours:
Day shift, some evenings during harvest season.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
