A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Farmhand (Agricultural Employee) to assist with the daily operation and maintenance of a working farm and multiple estate properties. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, caring for the land, and contributing to a team environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops Maintaining vegetable gardens, orchard, and landscaped areas Seasonal field work and general farm labor Winter preparation of farm buildings, equipment, gardens, and grounds Snow removal and seasonal property maintenance Operation of tractors, skid steers, mowers, and other farm equipment Routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic repairs on farm machinery and tools Fence repairs, property upkeep, and general handyman duties Animal feeding, watering, and daily care as needed Weed control, pest management, and irrigation support Loading, unloading, and moving materials around the farm Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assisting with special projects and other agricultural duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Dependable with a strong work ethic Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work Experience operating farm equipment is preferred (training available for the right candidate) Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills are a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team
