Summary:

Ancient Roots is a premium medical cannabis brand in Ohio. We are looking for highly motivated individuals that are looking to work with the cannabis plants in our garden. Responsibilities include the care of medical marijuana plants during the immature, vegetative, and flowering stages. Includes pruning, transplanting, watering, feeding, and inspecting plants as well as maintaining Mom stock.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Adhere to company mission statement and core values, while maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism Pruning, defoliation, transplanting, cleaning, trellising, and irrigation Maintaining and storing cultivation equipment Cleaning and sanitizing the cultivation area Scouting and mitigating pests, viruses or disease Breaking down and setting up table Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in order to uphold the company's standard for quality Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity All other job duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Previous cannabis or agricultural experience a plus Ability to follow directions and execute SOP's as directed High school diploma or some college Must comply with state regulations and guidelines

Physical Requirements:

Standing, moving, bending, twisting and lifting up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis.

Work Environment:

Moderate noise level warehouse environment Occasional exposure to HVAC equipment May have variable hours depending on task including working some weekends and evening shifts

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
