This position is perfect for a motivated, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be punctual, dependable, a hard worker, and able to multitask effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy are a must, and this role requires ensuring all products are in compliance with state regulations. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Post Harvest Oversight:
Assist with managing the trim process and oversee the entire process from harvest through to sale.
Labeling & Documentation:
Ensure all products are properly labeled throughout the entire cycle, from harvest to sale, and making sure all necessary logs and paperwork are completed.
Order Fulfillment:
Assist with filling orders when they come in.
Compliance:
Maintain accurate logs and compliance-related documentation in accordance with OMMA requirements. Assist with packaging of product. Assist Inventory Manager with anything they need. Must be able to obtain employee credentials from OMMA. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in post-harvest processing, packaging , or similar roles is preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with sales reps and other team members. A self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented individual.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed depending on the workload and orders.
