In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and health of cannabis plants within a controlled greenhouse environment. Your expertise will help ensure optimal crop production, adherence to safety and quality standards, and efficient operation of horticultural systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative cannabis cultivation practices while working in a vibrant, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Hand water and irrigate plants according to cultivation schedules. Mix and apply foliar sprays following company SOPs. Monitor plant health and report any signs of pests, disease, nutrient deficiencies, or environmental issues. Defoliate, prune, trellis, stake, and train plants as directed. Remove dead leaves and maintain overall plant cleanliness. Assist with transplanting and moving plants throughout the facility. Maintain clean irrigation equipment, sprayers, tools, and work areas. Follow all sanitation, safety, and biosecurity procedures. Accurately complete assigned daily tasks and cultivation logs. Assist with harvest preparation and post-harvest cleanup when needed. Work closely with the cultivation manager to ensure plants remain healthy and productive. Qualifications Previous greenhouse, nursery, agriculture, landscaping, or cannabis cultivation experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify plant health issues. Comfortable working in hot, humid greenhouse conditions. Able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Must be able to work 9-10 hour shifts, 6 days per week on a consistent basis. Must be dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday. Comfortable working in hot, humid greenhouse conditions for extended periods. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed during peak cultivation and harvest periods. Reliable transportation is required.
