The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various laboratory functions, including quality control, research development, shredding and preparing product for infused prerolls, moon rocks, mixing and filling carts, Gramming out concentrates, packaging, getting orders ready. Experience Previous experience in processing or industrial laboratory setting is a plus Familiarity with quality control processes and standards in a laboratory environment. Knowledge of omma rules Experience in scientific research or development is a plus. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in data collection and reporting. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
