Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Cannabis Cultivation Assistant and play a vital role in producing high-quality cannabis products. You will assist with daily plant care, maintenance, and cultivation processes, ensuring optimal growth conditions and compliance with industry standards. Duties Assist with watering and nutrient mixing Monitoring substrate moisture levels for healthy plant growth Support planting, transplanting, pruning, and harvesting activities Maintain cleanliness of cultivation areas Conduct routine inspections of plants for signs of disease or deficiencies and report findings promptly Experience Growing experience or background in horticulture, agriculture, or related fields preferred Knowledge of irrigation systems is beneficial Familiarity with plant identification and basic math skills for measurements and record keeping Mechanical knowledge or experience with hand tools essential for maintenance tasks Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work outdoors in various weather conditions
