Through meticulous trimming and harvesting, our team has a reputation for consistently providing top shelf product. This position offers an opportunity to work in a low stress environment with performance incentives. You'll be responsible for adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and supporting the production process. If you're passionate about premium cannabis, this role is perfect for you! Duties Carefully trim and manicure cannabis plants to meet quality standards, ensuring optimal appearance Assist in harvesting processes, including trimming, and bucking cannabis buds according to SOPs Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards Collaborate with managers to ensure efficient production and adherence to schedules Qualifications Prior experience in horticulture, gardening, or farming preferred Must have and maintain valid OLCC permit Familiarity with pest management, and quality control techniques Ability to handle garden tools effectively and safely Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow SOPs accurately Excellent teamwork skills and positive attitude

Pay:

$15.55 - $35.00 per hour
