Job Description

Güd Gardens is looking for Temporary Harvest Leads to assist with this year's harvest. This position will cover an array of tasks in the field and will be assisting with the supervision of the farm laborers. Responsibilities For the duration of outdoor harvest, assist Garden Manager in directing the harvest crew daily. Assist in ensuring product is weighed and and packed properly Assist in harvesting for fresh frozen and dry hang material Requirements Have, or be willing to obtain a valid OLCC permit Reliable transportation Able to lift and carry 40 lbs Comfortable working in outdoor environments Available to interview in person Strong and reliable work ethic Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team Always a plus: Good communication Strong problem-solving skills
