This role focuses on sanitation, organization, and supporting production through consistent execution of cleaning and operational tasks.
Hours:
This position is Full Time. What You'll Do Clean and sanitize production equipment, utensils, and workspace Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the production facility Support packaging and inventory processes, including stickering, boxing, and counting What You Bring Some kitchen, food production, or similar hands-on experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Solid problem-solving abilities Ability to manage regulated inventory with accuracy Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency Experience in cannabis, food, or beverage production preferred Current Food Handler's Card required Ability to obtain and maintain a valid OLCC Marijuana Handler's Permit Must be at least 21 years of age Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods in a production environment Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs multiple times daily Comfort working on hard-surface floors and around production equipment Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment with noise and activity Ability to wear required PPE, including gloves, masks, and safety glasses Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods as needed Why Join Us?
