Job Description

Overview Arise Labs is seeking a motivated Packaging & Infused Pre-Roll Technician to join our production team. This is an entry-level position with no prior cannabis experience required. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. We will provide training for the right candidate. This role supports daily production through infused pre-roll preparation, product packaging, inventory organization, and maintaining a clean, compliant laboratory environment. As you gain experience, you'll receive cross-training in additional production processes with opportunities for advancement within the lab. Responsibilities Infused Pre-Roll Production Prepare Hash Infused Pre-Rolls (0.5g & 1g) Prepare Live Rosin Infused Pre-Roll multipacks Follow production procedures to ensure consistent product quality Packaging & Post-Processing Package and label infused pre-rolls, concentrates, and vape products Accurately weigh, label, and document products for compliance Complete production logs and batch tracking documentation Organize packaging materials and production supplies Prepare finished products for transfer to the farm and retail inventory Compliance & Laboratory Maintenance Maintain organized production work orders and documentation Perform daily sanitation and cleaning of work areas and equipment Follow all OLCC regulations, company SOPs, and workplace safety procedures Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance Team Support Communicate effectively with team members regarding workflow and production priorities Assist with inventory organization and material management Support METRC inventory and compliance processes Help maintain an efficient and organized production environment Qualifications Required Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Valid OLCC Workers Permit (applicants without valid permit will be rejected) Reliable attendance and dependable transportation Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Willingness to learn and follow detailed procedures Preferred (Not Required) Experience in manufacturing, packaging, food production, or cannabis Familiarity with METRC or regulated production environments What We Offer Paid, hands-on training Four-day work week (Monday-Thursday) Opportunity to learn multiple areas of cannabis production Advancement opportunities as skills and responsibilities grow Supportive team environment with ongoing training If you're looking to start a career in the cannabis industry and enjoy hands-on production work, we'd love to hear from you.
