Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities.Poultry:
Workers may perform various activities associated with the general care and maintenance of turkeys and chickens. Duties may include but are not limited to remove poults and chicks from shipping cartons and place in brooder houses; clean and fill feeders and water containers; spray poultry houses with disinfectants and vaccines; inspect poultry for diseases and remove weak, ill and dead poultry from flock; select, weigh, and crate turkeys and chickens; and record totals packed or crated on shipping or storage document; maintain feeding and breeding reports; monitor feed, water, illumination, and ventilation systems; and clean, adjust, lubricate, and replace system parts using hand tools; may cut off tips of beak. Workers may perform various activities involved in processing of turkeys and chickens grown on the farm for fresh market retail sale. Workers will perform assigned duties as instructed by their supervisor. May operate and perform minor maintenance and repairs on farm vehicles, implements and equipment. Perform farm, field and shed sanitation duties. Direct and monitor the work of casual and seasonal help during planting and harvesting. May operate farm vehicles to haul crops and drive other farmworkers from place to place around the farm properties (including on public roads to reach farmer's fields) during the workday. May operate light truck or van off the farm and over the road to drive themselves or other farmworkers from place to place, such as to the grocery store, bank, government agencies, medical or dental offices and so forth. May operate truck to transport crops produced on the farm (in its unmanufactured state) to storage or to market or to a carrier for transportation to market. Though not a hiring requirement, if a worker drives a company vehicle during the period of employment then at the time of operating the company vehicle the driver must possess a valid driver's license issued by a U.S. state or foreign equivalent and operate the company vehicle in accordance with the license restrictions and vehicle classifications applicable to that license. All workers are required to follow common sanitary practices at all times. Workers are required to cleanse their hands by washing thoroughly with soap and water before entering field for harvest activities and after each break. Smoking and the use of tobacco products prohibited during working time.EMPLOYER ASSURANCES

Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.HOUSING:
Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE
The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE
