This energetic position involves operating hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to clear weeds, trim grass, and perform essential landscaping tasks. Your hands-on work will directly contribute to creating safe, attractive environments for clients and communities alike. We're looking for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in lawn care, farming, and land management while enjoying a supportive and engaging work atmosphere. Duties Operate weed whackers percicly, trimmers gracefully, hand tools, and power tools to remove weeds and maintain landscape areas efficiently Use farm machinery and land management equipment to prepare sites for planting or cleanup projects Assist with general lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure pristine outdoor spaces Support pest control efforts by identifying problem areas and applying appropriate treatments when necessary Follow safety protocols during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries on the job site Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards Qualifications Prior experience or interest in lawn care, landscaping, farming, or agriculture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery safely and effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is highly desirable Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills with clear communication abilities Must be able to show up on time everyday Workdays include but not limited too: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (side work if available), Friday.
