About Us Complete Property Solutions is a growing landscape construction and site work company specializing in commercial landscaping, hydroseeding, erosion control, grading, and small excavation services. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in an Erosion Control & Hydroseeding Technician role. Position Overview This position involves installing and maintaining erosion control measures, operating hydroseeding equipment, assisting with site soil preparation, grading services and restoration projects. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a team that delivers quality work on commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities Operate hydroseeding equipment and apply seed, mulch, fertilizer, and soil amendments. Install erosion and sediment control products including: Silt sock Silt fence Compost filter sock Erosion control blankets Temporary stabilization measures Assist with grading and site preparation. Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment. Perform routine maintenance on trucks, hydroseeders, and equipment. Read project plans and follow specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on schedule. Qualifications Valid driver's license required. CDL preferred but not required. Experience with hydroseeding, erosion control, landscaping, grading, or construction preferred. Ability to operate skid loaders, compact equipment, and trucks is a plus. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude. Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
