Wholesale greenhouse grower located in Perkasie, PA is looking for motivated candidates who can fill a Full-Time, Part-Time position with some flexibility in days and hours. Saturday or Sunday is necessary if scheduled or during busy season. Pay based on full or part time position and experience . Grower position will need some schooling and hands on experience in the field. Pesticide certificate is a plus. Wage maybe negotiable based on experience for this position. Tasks include but are not limited to: planting - watering - weeding moving and loading of plant material occasional off-site work required Candidate must be able to: be on feet for 8+ hours per day lift, carry and move 25lb+ work in varying temperatures, noise levels, dirt, dust and other possible allergens fit to walk, stand, bend, squat and handle repetitive motions Qualifications needed: ability to drive a box truck and clean driving record (full time only, will train) greenhouse or landscaping experience helpful ability to accurately follow instructions and effectively communicate regular attendance as it is an essential function of the job ability to work alone or in a group occasional weekends (Sat or Sun) are necessary
