We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals with prior horse experience who can confidently manage daily barn responsibilities with minimal supervision. This position is best suited for someone who is self-motivated, efficient, observant, and comfortable working independently in a professional barn environment. Available shifts include mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
Responsibilities include:
Feeding horses and refreshing water Turning horses in and out safely Cleaning stalls, paddocks, and barn areas Monitoring horse health, soundness, and behavior General barn upkeep and organization Assisting with routine farm tasks as needed The ideal candidate: Has previous hands-on horse experience Is confident handling horses of various sizes and temperaments Works efficiently without constant oversight Is reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized barn Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude Is physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions This is a professional working barn environment, and reliability is extremely important to our team.
