Basic Job Requirements:
Exposure to extreme temperatures, extensive pushing/pulling, sitting/walking, frequent stooping or bending over, repetitive movements. Employers have drug screen requirements. Worker must be able to obtain a valid US Driver'sLicense within 2 weeks of reporting to work and possess/maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Details:
Duties may include: Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, or tools. The employees will drive various semi-trucks that may weigh over 26,000 lbs. when loaded; however, the duties will only consist of transporting crops harvested by the employer relatively short distances within a 30 mile radius. No weigh stations will need to be crossed and the routes will be exclusively within the State of Texas where no CDL is required for agriculture truck driving. Typically, the drivers will transport harvested crops from the fields to the nearby commercial grain elevator, storage, and/or market & other related Agricultural Equipment Operator activities as per
SOC/OES 45- 2091
