We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Farm Laborer to join our agricultural team. You will handle daily field operations for cotton production, focusing on planting, harvesting, and delinting processes. This physical role requires outdoor stamina and a strong work ethic. Planting Operations Prepare seedbeds by removing debris and weeds. Operate planting machinery under supervisor direction. Load cotton seeds into planter hoppers manually. Monitor spacing to ensure correct plant density. Harvesting Operations Operate cotton pickers and stripping equipment safely. Clear blockages from machinery during field operation. Load harvested cotton into module builders tightly. Ability to work outside in the elements
