Temporary work from 3/1/26 - 12/15/26. 1 month experience required. Must have or be able to obtain driver's license within 30 days of hire. Drug testing may be conducted post-hire at the employer's expense and is not part of the interview process. Must be able to operate tractors, skid steer, cotton strippers, grain combines, forklift, tiller, hay rake and baler, module builders, bole buggies, cantaloupe belt, side by side, pickup truck and trailer, drip laying and repairing equipment, and transplanter rig, and understand mechanics of irrigation systems. Drive and operate farm machinery such as tractors, ATVs and self-propelled machinery to till soil, prepare fields and plant cops; perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on farm vehicles, implements and equipment. Set up and operate irrigation equipment, including laying pipes, maintaining ditches and ensuring adequate water supply to crops, Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to crops using hand sprayers and other equipment. Conduct regular crop inspections to monitor growth, pest activity and plant health.SEE ETA 790 FOR COMPLETE JOB
